For whatever reason, this is my favorite Qdoba. The food is good and fresh and always hits the spot. It also trumps many other Mexican fast food joints, such as Chipotle, Moe's, Baha Fresh, Taco Bell...you know. It's king of them all. If you go, let me suggest the following: Naked vegetarian burrito. Rice, Black Beans, Cheese, Mild Salsa, Quac. I would (and have tried) eat that everyday if I could. Best meal on the planet.

This place has gone downhill. Staff is rude Food quality is below average? Ordered a chicken quesadilla and they put 5 cubes of chicken on it, I asked for more and they said they would have to charge me $3 extra.

Not my favorite mexican chain esp since I last looked at how many calories are in one burrito.. I much prefer Baja Fresh. But this place has good quesadillas and really speedy service. I love that you can watch them make your order..as you order it. They advertised with my high school that if you bring a ID you get something free with a meal :D SO go for it! woohoo free things.

It really is an understatement to say that I love tex-mex food. When i find a good taco joint, it gets really hard to detach. This may explain why for two nights in row, I've been heading over to Qdoba for the street tacos. Awesome! I'm not sure why I didn't discover them before, (it's a chain, not indie restaurant after all) but I'm glad that I do now! The pork flavors are good, the beef is to die for -- literally. I was wolfing the beef tacos down so quickly yesterday, I nearly choked.( I was coughing, my eyes watered up and turned red -- it was embarrashing) I also love that the salsas all have a really good flavor to them. Also, the ranch style bean that come with the street tacos are great too. Verdit: come join me in enjoying these awesome tacos. Seriously, I might need you to give me cpr.

The food is tasty and not too salty. My complaint-the chicken meat was dark, not the large chunks of white meat served at the local competitors. My son loves this restaurant since they serve ground beef as a meat option. The queso dip was flavorful. This restaurant could have become a regular for us except all of the tables were dirty, the staff were indifferent and not helpful. This could explain why all of the other restaurants in the strip mall are crowded when this one never has a line.

The Pick-Two menu is a GREAT deal. The Mexican Gumbo is very tasty. You get it with your choice of meat. It has a kick to it! Combine with tacos, and it makes for a very filling meal.

Good burritos, but I think Chipotle is wayyyy better. I give it two stars.

Qdoba easily trumps all of the Mexican quick casual restaurants in the area, such as Chipotle, Baha Fresh, and Moe's. Qdoba has large servings that aim to please and has a simple yet diverse menu including quesadillas, tacos, salads, and nachos. They also have a nice selection of fresh made salsas and toppings like sauted squash and cucumbers. Bring your student ID and get a free soda with free refills!

Food looks great and the place was clean. The server was using her bare hands to put food on our plate. My daughter is 10 and noticed it. When we got to the register I had picked up on the manager was snipping at the employees. My wife asked what the meal included, the server didn't seem to help - he saw the confusion and snapped out loud, grabbed the dish, and said, No this! is what you get with this! I stared right in his face and was close to leaving. We ended up eating there, the food was pretty good but we have not been back. Love the lime and cilantro, black beans. The servers need gloves and either the manager needs better people skills training, or better patience, or they need another manager. It's been a while since weve been there, willing to give it another try, but if we see the same manager and no gloves again I'll provide the manager with brute honesty. Here's hoping it was just a bad experience, life is good!

I work right around the corner from this Qdoba branch and have gone here AT LEAST once every week for lunch since January. I have put up with enough from the manager from this branch. Every time I order my meal I get the same exact thing and every time, this man with white hair and glasses rings it up incorrectly charging me more than I should be charged. I then explain to him that what he charged me for and what I ordered are two different things and that the price should be less. Every time this happens, and every time the man with the glasses and grey hair angrily sighs and corrects his mistake. Today, I walk in and it is extra busy due to student day. When I get up to the register, I can tell that he recognized me. He then says to me in a very nasty tone of voice, "Are you gonna tell me how to ring up your food again today?" Stunned, I was at a loss for words and stumbling pulling my debit card from my wallet. He then yells at me to "hurry up, there is a long line behind you!" After this incident, I do not plan on going back to this establishment. They have lost a valued customer thanks to this man.

I like Qdoba the only gripe is having to pay extra for veggies even though I don't get any other toppings. Try to be healthy and get charged more really sucks but their veggies are delish.

I can't believe that I haven't gone to Qdoba sooner. I have pretty much lived by one for the last couple of years and never thought about ONCE going in here. I finally decided to make a visit. The Queso Burrito, in my opinion, pretty much makes it mandatory for me to come back here often. A good-sized burrito with a little (actually, give me a lot) queso sauce makes for good feast. I'm not a big fan of the rice they serve; however, it seems very bland. The service is here has been pretty good to say the least. The employees move pretty swiftly without messing up your order. Good sign there. A burrito here pretty much costs the same compared to other Mexican fast-food, such as Chipotle. I still prefer Chipotle over Qdoba Mexican Grill, but this makes as a good alternative.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
